2024 Trailblazer Heated Steering Wheel Not Working

2024 Trailblazer Heated Steering Wheel Not Working. This preliminary information communicates to the technician the normal operation of the heated steering wheel during a remote start event. When this fault sets, the steering wheel heating element output is disabled until the heated steering wheel is commanded on while the engine is running.
I’m not sure what it’s called, but the service tech said it’s a single part that affects the horn, steering wheel heater,. Install the new clockspring, the new steering wheel.

It's not sounding like the heated wheel would work with remote start like the seats do but.
Install The New Clockspring, The New Steering Wheel.
To enable or disable remote start heated seats,.
